Return Policy & Exchanges

Here at Posh Poppies we absolutely want you to LOVE your item(s) that you have purchased from us.  In the event, that something does not work out we will gladly issue you a store credit or refund minus a $4.00 restocking fee.

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery.  The item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

-Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, make-up, pet hair, deodorant, damage, stain, odor, and smoke-free.  Original tags must be intact.  

-We do our best to inspect all items that come to use for damage or defects, if you have received an item(s) that is damaged or defected, please take a picture and contact us within 3 business days of the date of delivery.  

-Final Sale, Clearance items are not accepted for return.

-Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.  We encourage you to have tracking for the item(s) that are being returned.   We are not responsible for lost item(s) that are being returned due to shipping errors.

-Returns are processed 5 business days of receipt.  Once the return is processed we will email you that your return has been processed.  

Exchanges

-Due to the limited inventory on our site, we cannot hold item(s) to be exchanged.  We encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) you are wanting and return the other item(s).
